During the conference, several social events are planned to encourage informal discussions and to showcase some of the appealing sides of Copenhagen.

Welcome reception at the Bella Center


Sunday 25 September, 18:00-20:00 hrs.

Meet other delegates for a drink and a snack, and get registered for tomorrow (registration opens at 16:00).

Reception at Copenhagen City Hall

Monday 26 September, 19:00 hrs.

The reception is hosted by the City Council of Copenhagen and will take place at the City Hall. Bus pick-up from the conference entrance at 18:30.

Conference Banquet at Langelinie Pavillonen

Wednesday 28 September, 20:00 hrs.

The evening begins with a canal boat trip that will bring you to the venue – Bus pick up-place is the conference entrance at 19:00. The evening includes a tour with the canal boats and a visit to the Little Mermaid before a short walk to to the restaurant.

Located on the waterfront with the unrivalled views of The Little Mermaid, the restaurant contains some if the finest examples of 1950s Danish design, including Poul Henningsen’s world-famous cone lamps. With its superb cuisine, the evening is bound to be a great experience!

Castle tour of North Sealand –  Tuesday 27 September, 9:00 hrs. – 7 hours incl. lunch

On this castle tour of North Sealand, the coach will drive through fashionable and exclusive residential areas, taking the scenic route along the eastern coast of Denmark. You will visit the outer walls and towers of impressive Kronborg Castle, setting of Shakespeare’s play, Hamlet. Afterwards the tour goes on to Asminderød Kro, where delicious Danish food will be served for lunch. The tour also includes a visit to the beautiful Frederiksborg Castle, in the magnificent surroundings of Hillerød. Our tour here includes a visit inside the castle – most  Knights’ Hall. The tour begins and ends at Bella Sky Hotel.
