Practical information for presenters

The technical program starts on Monday, September 26th, at 08:15, and ends Friday, September 30th, at noon (after lunch for all participants).

The overview map shows the location of the plenary auditorium (plenary sessions) which is converted into breakout session rooms 10, 11, 12, and the breakout rooms 19 and 20.

The central congress hall A (sometimes referred to as A1) will be used for poster sessions, exhibition and lunch + coffee breaks for all participants.

Oral contributions

Contributed talks are scheduled for 15 minutes, including a 3-minute time for questions and short discussion, and keynote talks are scheduled for 30 minutes, including 5 minutes for discussion and questions. Please prepare your presentation with this in mind, as the program features 5 fully packed parallel sessions.

Standard presentation format is powerpoint or pdf. A laptop will be present in each session room, and speakers are strongly encouraged to upload and test their presentations before the beginning of the relevant session. Technical assistance will be available for this.

The projectors in all rooms are set up for 16:9 aspect ratio presentations.

Poster contributions

The standard size for posters is A0 format (841 x 1189 mm, portrait orientation). Posters can be placed on the poster walls during the lunch break on each day (Monday-Thursday) and must be removed before the morning sessions begin the following day.

Tape to attach the posters to the boards will be available at the conference (note that pins cannot be used – hard poster boards).

Should we print the poster for you?

We can offer to print the poster and have it ready for you on the 1st day of the conference.

Last date for ordering and payment:  September 2nd.

The poster can be collected at the registration desk at the venue during opening hours.

Price: €50/DKK 375 – which must be pre-paid before printing.
